Imagine running your hand over a surface that feels as smooth as silk yet possesses the cold, reassuring strength of tempered metal. Our Champagne Anodized Aluminum Profile offers a tactile experience that speaks of quality. Unlike painted surfaces that can feel "plastic," the anodizing process integrates the color into the aluminum itself. This creates a metallic depth where the light dances across the surface, shifting from a soft morning glow to a deep, bronze-like champagne in the evening.

In the world of high-traffic door systems, sound and movement are everything. These profiles are engineered to be perfectly straight and dimensionally stable, meaning doors glide silently and shut with a satisfying, solid "thud" rather than a hollow rattle. This profile isn't just a frame; it’s a silent guardian of your interior environment, providing the rigidity needed to support heavy glass panes while maintaining a slim, elegant silhouette that maximizes your view.

Key Features and Performance Highlights

To meet the rigorous demands of global construction standards, we have infused this profile with several key performance advantages:

  • Unrivaled Color Consistency: Using advanced computerized power supplies in the anodizing tanks, we eliminate the "rainbow effect" and color drifting common in lower-quality profiles. Every batch matches the master sample.

  • Extreme Weather Resistance: Whether installed in the humid tropics or coastal regions with high salinity, the champagne oxide layer acts as a permanent shield, preventing the white rust and pitting that plagues untreated alloys.

  • Enhanced Thermal Stability: Aluminum’s natural properties are enhanced through our T5/T6 tempering process, ensuring the door frames do not warp or expand significantly under direct sunlight, preserving the integrity of seals and locks.

  • Architectural Versatility: The champagne finish acts as a "neutral luxury" color. It complements natural wood textures, minimalist glass, and even industrial concrete aesthetics, making it the favorite of interior designers.

Product Advantage&Product Uses

The manufacturing process of aluminum alloy profile oxidation champagne is a complex and precisely controlled process involving multiple steps. The following is a detailed manufacturing process:

1. Surface pretreatment

Cleaning: Use alkaline or acidic cleaning agents to remove surface oil, dust and other contaminants. Ensure that the surface is clean and free of impurities.

Degreasing: Further use degreasing agents to remove grease on the surface.

Water washing: Rinse the aluminum alloy surface thoroughly with clean water to remove the cleaning agent residue.

Pickling: Use acidic solution for pickling to remove the oxide layer and surface impurities and increase surface activity.

Water washing again: Rinse with water again after pickling to ensure that there is no acid residue on the surface.

2. Anodizing

Anodizing tank: Immerse the aluminum alloy profile in the anodizing tank, and the tank liquid is usually a sulfuric acid solution.

Electrification: Apply electricity to the aluminum alloy profile to make it an anode, and the current density and voltage are adjusted as needed. The oxidation time is usually controlled at 20-30 minutes.

Oxide film formation: A dense oxide film is formed on the surface of the aluminum alloy through electrochemical reaction.

3. Coloring treatment

Electrolytic coloring: Put the oxidized aluminum alloy profile into the electrolytic coloring tank, and deposit metal particles in the oxide film by powering on and metal salts in the electrolyte (such as tin salts, nickel salts, etc.) to form a champagne color.

Control current and time: Strictly control the current density and coloring time to ensure uniform color.

Dye coloring (optional): Sometimes organic dyes are used for coloring. Select appropriate dyes and process parameters according to needs.

4. Sealing treatment

Hot water sealing: Immerse the colored aluminum alloy profile in boiling water, and close the micropores in the oxide film through the action of high-temperature water.

Cold water sealing (optional): Use the cold water sealing process, and usually add chemical additives (such as nickel salts, nickel nitrate, etc.) to enhance the sealing effect.

5. Post-processing

Drying: Dry the aluminum alloy profile after sealing to ensure that there is no moisture residue on the surface.

Surface treatment: Perform surface polishing, spraying and other treatments as needed to improve the appearance quality and corrosion resistance.

Quality inspection: Use spectrometers, colorimeter and other equipment to inspect the quality of the product to ensure uniform color and qualified oxide film thickness.

6. Packaging and storage

Packaging: Use appropriate packaging materials and methods to prevent damage during transportation and storage.

Storage: Store the product in a dry, ventilated environment to avoid corrosion and contamination.

Through the above steps, high-quality oxidized champagne aluminum alloy profiles can be produced. Each step requires precise control of process parameters and strict implementation of process specifications to ensure product color consistency and oxide film performance.

Advanced Manufacturing & Quality Control

Our production process follows a strict vertical integration model to ensure every millimeter of the profile meets international benchmarks.

  • Billet Casting: We start with A00 grade pure aluminum ingots. Pure raw materials prevent "black spots" and streaks from appearing after the anodizing process.

  • Extrusion Precision: Utilizing 600-ton to 2500-ton extrusion presses, we can achieve complex geometries with wall thickness tolerances as tight as $\pm 0.1mm$.

  • The Anodizing Bath: Our 10-step pre-treatment process includes degreasing, alkaline etching, and desmutting. This ensures the champagne pigment penetrates deep into the pores of the aluminum oxide layer.

  • Sealing Technology: After coloring, the profiles undergo high-temperature nickel-free sealing. This locks in the color and creates a non-porous surface that is exceptionally easy to clean—dirt and fingerprints simply wipe away.

Customization and OEM/ODM Services

We understand that every architectural project has a unique DNA. Our engineering team works as an extension of your design department.

  • Profile Design: If our standard champagne door profiles don't fit your needs, we can develop custom molds based on your CAD or 3D files within 10-15 days.

  • Color Matching: We can adjust the "warmth" of the champagne tone to match existing hardware or specific brand palettes.

  • Fabrication Services: Beyond extrusion, we offer CNC machining, precision cutting, drilling, and countersinking, so your profiles arrive ready for assembly.

  • Packaging Excellence: To protect the delicate champagne finish, each profile is wrapped in protective film, bundled with waterproof craft paper, or crated in wooden frames for sea freight.

FAQ

Does the champagne color fade over time?

No. Because the color is part of the anodic film and not a topical coating, it is highly resistant to UV rays and will not peel, flake, or fade like traditional paint.

What is the difference between champagne anodized and champagne powder coated?

Anodizing preserves the metallic texture and "soul" of the aluminum, offering a more premium look and better scratch resistance. Powder coating provides a more opaque, painted appearance.

Can you provide a certificate of origin for customs benefits?

Yes, we provide all necessary documentation including CO, Form E, or Form F to help optimize your import duties and verify the quality of the material.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For our standard champagne door profiles, the MOQ is typically 500kg. For custom molds, the MOQ may vary based on the complexity of the design.

How do I maintain the finish?

Simply clean with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, which are unnecessary as the sealed surface does not allow dirt to penetrate.
